Shipment After Pixie Dust Dip Label is Made:

We can not control the destiny of your package as the postal service may or may not track your package for you and get it to you in the promised time. Please contact USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ETC. for all concerns with arrival of your package after you receive your tracking label from PIXIE DUST DIP.

Return Policy:

Due to the COVID-19 and the nature of our business we do not accept returns. 

Although, if you receive a product damaged due to mailing mishandling please contact the carrier to file a damage claim.
